I Love Lucy Assembly Line

I love Lucy. So much.

I'm unsure if the hype unfold as way as Australia, however the ‘I Love Lucy' show still has die-hard fans within the States. Her clips on youtube have a median of 1 million views. i might virtually go thus far to mention that Lucille Ball is that the feminine Charlie Chaplin.

Appealing to the typical yankee, she mirrors the everyday experiences of middle-class Americans within the 1950's. Married to Ricky, her bongo-playing Hispanic husband, Lucy journeys and laughs through life as she tries part-time employment and gets up to tricks along with her supporter Ethel.

Lucy usually has unhealthy luck. Life isn't excellent. however she is sweet hearted at her base we have a tendency to|and that we} fall in love along with her as we watch her life unfold in black and white.
She makes the hum-drum laughable. offers us company within the realisation that we have a tendency to aren't alone in our gripes and struggles. Our considerations are heard and that we learn to pin the legevity of humour to the foremost dire circumstances through laughing with our pricey Lucy.

In the scene below, Lucy is attempting her hand at casual work as an assembly-line employee. She goes into the task along with her friend Ethel.

Trussed up in white chefs hats and uniforms, they arrive at the factory able to go. The manager meets them with a grim look and shows them their task:

The girls strive their best, however as you'll guess, the experiment goes really wrong.

The speed at that they're descended upon by the chocolates on their ribbon goes faster and faster.

Until Lucy and Ethel, in their desperation to make sure that no chocolate makes its thanks to the top of the road while not being packaged, begin to cover the chocolates in their chef's hats, then their blouses and eventually stuff their mouths with the chocolates.

The manager comes back to envision their progress and upon seeing the assembly line clean of chocolates, she aproves of the women and asks the factory warden to extend the speed of output. Lucy and Ethel are left to continue their maraud of sweets.

Don't let your assembly line get it wrong.
Keep it in check and efficiently mark your merchandise with quick labeling solutions.

Markem-Imaje could be a world manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, providing a full line of reliable and innovative inkjet, thermal transfer, laser, print and apply label systems and RFID-based systems. They handle assembly lines fine.

With their ability to try and do continuous ink jet printing they will generate labels therefore quickly that it generates sixty two,500 drops of ink per second.

How will it work?
A piezoelectric device known as a resonator transmits acoustic energy to the ink stream. Each drop, precisely the same size, is propelled by a chrome steel cannon through an electrode where an electrical charge is selectively applied.

The charged drops are then deviated by deflection plates and used for printing. Uncharged drops are recycled back to the ink reservoir.
The other core competency that marke-imaje offers, additionally to continuous ink jet printing is laser technology that harnesses an invisible beam of sunshine generated by a CO2 supply. This light-weight beam is then steered by mirrors and targeted through a series of lenses. This highly-concentrated beam of sunshine then "burns" the substrate, leaving an indelible mark.
